Athletics

Beginning summer of 2024, the Medford School District will begin utilizing “InTouch” software for our student athletic registrations instead of Aktivate (formerly, Register My Athlete).
This new system is designed to work directly with “Synergy”, our MSD Student Information System. It will allow you to sign your student up for multiple sports, pay fees electronically (which are due by the first scheduled contest) and complete and submit all athletic paperwork and required signatures.  As with any transition, please know that there will be a learning curve for families and staff and sometimes we experience minor issues when implementing a new program. We thank you for your patience in advance.

Athletic Directors Message:
It is always our goal to keep student athletes participating in their sport. We do however want to remind athletes and parents of a few of MSD policies pertaining to athletic participation. Please keep the following in mind.
· Athletes must be enrolled in 5 or more classes.
· Athletes must attend school all day on game / match / meet days
(unless cleared by the athletic director in advance).
· Athletes must maintain passing grades for all classes to participate (No grades of D or F).

Current Sports

Please note that in order for your student to join a sport they will need to have a complete sports physical and insurance card on file before they can start practice. The sport fee is $50 per sport with the exception of Football which is a $75 fee. After the first two sports have been paid for, additional sports are at no cost.
